Pete Stamatis, Vice President - North America (m/f/d)
Pete is a results-oriented executive with 30 years of proven success. His experience includes building, developing, and scaling teams and organizations in SaaS, Professional Services, and consumer products. His background spans publicly traded, VC backed, and PE owned organizations. Pete has extensive experience building go-to-market models for both industry leading and disruptive hyper growth brands.
Most recently, Pete developed go-to-market strategies at ESG software provider Measurabl. Strategy and leadership, resulted in driving subscription and professional service revenue and resulted in exceptional growth. Throughout his twenty years of sales leadership, Pete’s teams have executed annual quotas between $5M – $250M+ and he has led groups of 75+ employees at organizations including Thermo Fisher Scientific and Callaway Golf. He has a tenacious focus on customer outcomes, sales strategies that boost recurring revenue, client acquisition, retention, and account penetration.
At BuildingMinds, Pete will oversee the sales strategy across the North American region, leading a high-performance team to develop new business opportunities and strengthen the organization’s presence in the North American real-estate industry.
José Pereira, Country Lead – France (m/f/d)
José is an experienced Commercial Director with a 30-year track record devising and executing strategic plans to enable business growth and delivery for his customers. His expertise extends to negotiating contracts and delivering work packages against tight timelines, often engaging with C-level stakeholders.
Bringing technical and financial expertise from the real estate industry, José has experience at industry leaders including BNP Paribas Real Estate, in Madrid, where he ran the office, retail and logistic team, Arte Charpentier Architectes, where he developed the office renovation and retail activities, Engie Group, where he was in charge of setting up new offers regarding building renovation, and most recently as Sales Director at Drees & Sommer France, a European engineering company focusing on project management operations. José's expertise encompasses strategic planning, project management, and business development within the real estate sector.
José is skilled in identifying customer pain points and bringing relevant solutions to them. He has helped new market entrants grow market share in fiercely competitive landscapes. Bringing strong leadership, effective communication, and exceptional problem-solving skills, Jose stands out as a formidable force in real estate.
At BuildingMinds, José will focus on expanding the company's presence in the French market, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and effective client management.
Harvey James, Country Lead - UK/Ireland (m/f/d)
Harvey brings nearly a decade of experience in the commercial real estate and prop-tech sectors. Having spent over 7 years at BNP Paribas Real Estate, Harvey has honed his skills in the UK and Ireland markets, making him an asset in the industry. At BNP Paribas Real Estate, Harvey worked within the Central London leasing market, advising landlords and occupiers on their leasing, sustainability and design strategies. As a key member of the expansion strategy. His hands-on industry knowledge and passion for technology will bring substantial and exceptional success both for the companies and for the customers.
Harvey holds a BSc in Real Estate Management and is a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Leveraging his extensive commercial experience and technical expertise, Harvey has successfully advised clients on their commercial and technological strategies.
At BuildingMinds, Harvey will be responsible for boosting sales performance in these territories, ensuring a strong product-market fit based on the unique needs of the market, and identifying key growth sectors and fostering long-lasting collaborations with industry stakeholders.
