BuildingMinds consolidates its team in France, José Pereira promoted to Director of Sales and Partnerships for Southern Europe/BeLux

As revealed by Business Immo on May 15, BuildingMinds has signed its entry into France. In the process, the 100% subsidiary of the Schindler Group has consolidated its team with two new hires (Feriel Belhocine, Sleiman Braidi) and one promotion (José Pereira).
The latter, previously Sales Director France, has been promoted to Sales and Partnerships Director for Southern Europe/BeLux. He will now oversee activities in France, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg.
In an interview with Business Immo last spring, he told us about the specific features of the SaaS platform, which offers asset managers a holistic view of all their ESG and extra-financial reporting needs, such as carbon risk calculations, capex/opex investment planning and work layout optimization.

In parallel with this promotion, Feriel Belhocine, holder of a Master's 2 in Digital Strategy and Innovation (EM Normandie), has been appointed Sales Manager, with over eight years' experience in digital technologies; Sleiman Braida, who holds a master's degree in construction and public works management and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, has been recruited as Senior Project Manager.
They reinforce the French team of 10 employees. “Their skills and experience represent real added value for our company and will contribute to our growth in the French-speaking and European markets”, says José Pereira.
