Resilient Real Estate takes over France

José Pereira joins BuildingMinds as Sales Director France to build up a local team and roll out the solution in France. Former Sales Director of Drees & Sommer France since January 2023, José has also worked for Engie, Arte Charpentier Architectes and BNP Paribas Real Estate, he will now focus on developing the SaaS platform dedicated to ESG in real estate, founded in 2019 in Germany. Beyond its german presence, the company structured and entirely owned by the Schindler Group has already opened offices in Italy, Spain, the UK, Switzerland and the USA but boasts a presence in around 100 countries via its managed properties.

“Our SaaS solution is aimed at investors and, more generally, at all property owners in different fields. Property owners in different asset types,” explains José Pereira.

It covers the full range of needs in terms of ESG reporting requirements for asset management. The idea is also to calculate risks, assess the CapEx required to green a building, or estimate the energy performance of buildings. Subscription to platform varies, depending on the number of assets size and type of asset.

BuildingMinds is led worldwide by Marek Sacha as CEO and employs over 150 people in its various offices. The company claims to cover over 370 million square meters solution.
